Indoor Photosynthesis - Getting the Right Light to the Greens

The Problem

Indoor vegetation struggles to get light even if it’s placed by a window. The sun rays are only received for a limited time per day. Windows can actually block some essential parts of the spectrum and dim sun light in general. With limited sun lit spaces, many growers turn toward artificial lighting to boost indoor success. However, ordinary incandescent bulbs only produce part of the light spectrum needed by most plants. Fluorescent lights emit another incomplete spectrum. An expensive and inefficient combination of the two can get the job done.

The Solution

Grow lights are designed to maximize photosynthesis. They produce a wide spectrum of light similar to the sun. Only one kind of bulb is needed which saves space and money. Indoor vegetation can actually grow extremely well if grow lights are positioned directly above the plants and adjusted as necessary.

Getting Started

The Jump Start Grow Light systems provide no less or no more than what’s needed. They emit lovely artificial sunlight with 6400k bulbs. The systems come in two sizes of 2 or 4 feet long. As plants get started with a perfect germination, the height of the grow light can be adjusted with a pulley system. The Jump Start Grow Light systems come with:

  • An easy to assemble frame

  • T5 fluorescent bulb

  • Light fixture

  • Pulley system for height adjustment

Get ready for some gorgeous results!
